Does it happen with no ui mods?

I was having the same issues and tried doing all sorts of things. Finally I did restart of the pc then went right through. I think maybe chrome was hanging on some cookies?

press F1 in game, or open menu -> hotbuilds (smt like that) and try to search something for "arrow", "left arrow", etc

You obviously need a template full of walls to draw a giant logo/signature when your opponent is crushed 8]

Are you talking about Cybran amphibious tanks? If so, take note that they drive submerged. They have a torpedo launcher with small DPS but the main cannon is disabled under water.

Deleting the music files worked for me for the same issue. I still have to kill the process when exiting but the game runs fine at least.

Ecomanager is most likely what's causing it. My understanding is it contains a feature that selects all and gives it to an ally when you die. It's somehow messing up and giving to civilians instead
