    You're playing on the regular branch - this particular hard-crash is fixed on FAF Develop. I recommend you to play that until the hotfix is out.

    I'm having issues playing Aeon mission Shining Star in co-op. When launching the map in a team with Common Army enabled, the map loads but never starts any script so all we see is a mostly unexplored map, with no voice over or mission objectives appearing, no ACU warps and no units to control. Seems to be frozen. In our testing it seems to work when we disable Common Army, I can reproduce this even with a bot team-mate instead of a human. Logfile from that game here. We've been playing the previous Aeon missions without any problem, and the first 2 of the UEF ones - no issues with those when Common Army is enabled.

    Alright so I kinda found the issues and not at the same time...I finally was able to get the game to launch somehow by following this guide. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=175274474 I renamed both my sound and movie folders and ran it in compatibility mode for windows xp sp2

    It is an old game - I'd recommend to switch before hand. There have been numerous issues regarding sounds (stereo vs 5.1, etc) and there're all of the type 'unfixable' as they are related to the engine.

    @emperor_penguin I copied a script lua file from another map, pasted it in, renamed it and it worked. I sincerely thank you and @KaletheQuick for reaching out and helping me fix the map

    You just need to keep trying it. The download is not completing which is why the exe isn't valid. Since there was a patch recently the server has been swamped with people downloading files all at once which is causing a lot of people to have really slow download speeds and failed downloads. You can also try downloading it during off-hours (NA evening or EU morning).

    It appears that something was not loaded properly. E.g., the download got cancelled halfway through. Perhaps that was it. Glad it works anyhow

    It sounds like similar behavior to this: https://github.com/FAForever/fa/issues/3278 This is something done by the engine. I suspect it has to do with not retargeting something it can't reach. Not sure how / when it resets and if we can reset it ourselves.

    Yes - there has been an issue with that. In general the rules are: Naming conventions (no versioning of any kind in the name) Functional (map should be able to start and play) Copyright (no copying of maps without permission of the original author) This ensures that all maps have a decent name, work and that the work / effort of other people is reasonably protected.

    That's not what I saw in the replay. It looked more like Gray's ACU was being picked up by a T2 trans, and then he gave the transport a different order, so it dropped the ACU back in the water. Where it died to torpedoes.

And it would include counts of ASF, friendly and unfriendly, but ONLY units that have been scouted of course. If your enemy has ASF under stealth or out of radar range it wouldn't show up in the count. And counts of interceptors and swift winds. So you can quickly get a rough estimate of each team's air strength (but obviously the estimate is only as accurate as your scouting/radar coverage) So the idea is that you temporarily change your vision to highlight just one aspect of the game Other overlays might be: economy/reclaim artillery (t2/t3/t4 and mobile t3) this would make it very easy to quickly get a good sense of one particular thing that you're interested in. It would be like asking an underling "tell me the nuke situation" or "tell me the air situation" Reasoning behind this topic is not about visibility of the icons, it is about team work. @jip said in Notify Management: Strategic Missile Defense: I'm going to ask you to make an issue on Github: https://github.com/FAForever/fa/issues That makes it easier to track.
