      My biggest complaint about the billy is it's insane range. It is too safe compared to other end-game upgrades, and less fun than it could be as a consequence. I propose making the projectile around 20% slower, thus a bit less useful against armies unless the player takes on a bit of risk by closing in. I wish effective use of it encouraged transport play more.

      The counters to it should remain unit spread or mixing build power into the army rather than mobile shields in my opinion, because they require more attention.

      You say its less safe, but all other coms are waaaaay more tanky then UEF com when it has billy, if it has teleport and billy its even weaker coz it has no defensive upgrades at that point. So in that aspect it is decently balanced

      I agree that billy is too strong, one shoting 30-40 or more bricks/percy ect is insane.

      bricks should never get billied, as cybran has the perfect counter. Sure you lose maybe your first group, but after that you should have a loyalist or 5 in your army and be pretty much imune against billy

      Tele billy is only insane if you have zero shields on your grid. 1 T3 shield stops a billy completly

      If flak would do as much damage to your enemies as it would do to your own planes. Why would you ever build flak?

      You've build flak and your air player be like, yeah I cant help you you got flak in your base, I will kill my own planes helping you.

      The "unfair advantage of fighting over flak" is (if i understood your argument correctly) the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard. One team build AA and should not have an advantage when fighting there? xD I guess we can just remove AA from the game and only build air instead

      Now do the same but with AA in WW2.

      yeah coz when two chickens fight 2 GC's its totally great that after 1 of each dies its still 2 v 1 coz the Storm attacks your own chicken XD

      Sure with decent micro you can walk the dieing chicken into their team, but now you cant advance for a while and all your ground units are caught in the crossfire aswel

      if a tml is mainly used to kill t2 mexes at 2000hp why does it do 5000 damage

      is there an calculable reason that it does 5000 damage or is it just a randomly generated number?

      it does 6k damage so you can 2 shot any unupgraded commander

      Eye can see under water though. So I thought it had omni aswel?

      And i just commented on, when you have an eye, do you need to make scouts? Eye is only 3k mass so thats 15 scouts? seems pretty cheap 😄

      Jamming still seems like a waste of a slot. It serves no real purpose, its easy to spot and basicly does the exact opposite. The only slightly usefull jamming is on the uef frigrate, all other jamming seems so useless imho. Unless someone can explain to me how to effectivly use jamming

      if the TMD is in the middle of the max range arc of TML you can lob it over them, it will usually only be able to shoot once at that point. Its coz the TML area is a dome and not a cyllinder

      Better question, why do you need to identify someone outside of a moderation setting?

      Its nice to know who you are playing with, some people you want to avoid, some people you want to play with more often.
