    Caused by: java.nio.file.AccessDeniedException: C:\ProgramData\FAForever\cache\featured_mod Seems like folder/file permission related or security software is blocking access.

    Still great advice! I would only add one point which is, find like minded people to play with. If you are looking to improve on Ladder (TMM now) or Custom x vs x games and find that you are unable to perform good enough to win on your own, make some friends and queue together because at the end of the day, even if you do everything perfectly, you are playing a team game. As Picard once said: "It is possible to commit no mistakes and still lose." Sometimes your opponent is just better. Use those times to learn from them.

    Hello, please check your antivirus program. FAF sometimes requires authorization from you when installing a client update.

    @uveso Thank you very much for your reply! Very helpful, I will try to troubleshoot these. In addition, my game will crash in about 10 minutes on a 20KM map.     @popsniper If it's any help, I've found that using the matchmaker (rather than joining custom games) seems to result in ALL my games adjusting my rating appropriately.

    Link your account to his Steam account. Then tell him to pm me in forum to swap the steam links. May sound complicated, but your story could as well be used to reset your rating which we do not support

    Try using a site like this [https://www.steamidfinder.com/], you appear to be inputting steamID64 (Dec), and I feel that is the correct value, but maybe try older formats (you can get them on this site). Other than that, you'll have to wait for help from guys that know how the process works.
