I think for tournaments 3x3 and larger, the best tournament format is a tournament with captains who recruit their own teams.
This would save us from problems with rating limits and allow more players to participate
P.s.: I am grateful for this tournament and would love to participate! I'm just suggesting ideas for future tournaments
