it is the lobby chat I'm talking about. And it's not just my problem. Many of my friends commented to me about having the same problem.

just uninstall it or make it not run on startup. or just close it everytime you run faf

That actually solved my problem!!!!! Thanks much...who would have guessed that NVIDIA would do such a dastardly thing to us poor unsuspecting FAF players. I can finally do something I have been trying to do for years!

Switching back to stereo on my headphone sound system fixed the problem. I had headphones on 7.1 surround sound.

@popsniper If it's any help, I've found that using the matchmaker (rather than joining custom games) seems to result in ALL my games adjusting my rating appropriately.

I'm that friend I can't see his games in the lobby or the right hand window if you chat with them. I've set the Ivp6 settings on/off, set the faf server it connects to Germany. Nothing seems to change. Its only Pops and 1 other users games I can't see in the lobby. Other friends can see their games. They also can see lobby games I create but not the other way around

In the mods manager - you can click them to enable / disable them.

Are you concerned that your rating is unfairly low, because you actually have good skills? If that's the problem, then do what @Askaholic said, play custom 1v1 matches to gain rating. OR is the problem that your rating is accurate? If that's the situation, you need a different solution: 1 - git gud. You have to want to git gud, practice in 1v1s to get there (you won't learn anything in team games, you have 2k team games already, in order to learn you need to take responsibility for everything). I wrote a guide for 1v1s that can give you ideas of what to work on. 2 - host your own lobbies. Nobody can kick you, you can kick anybody, you can "foe" people to keep them away from your lobbies. Take control. Take control of your rating or take control of the lobbies you play in.

Btw there is a proper release of v1.2.0 now so u dont need to use some Release Candidate(RC) version, but yu client will also inform you about the update in the bell
