Are the tools for Supcom/FAF so hard to use? With all of these neat unused features, I'm surprised that there is only 1 fan-made faction.

The UI for it has never been built properly so what we have atm is kindof a stopgap that does a poor job of explaining what’s going on. The only time you can see how many violations you have is when you get another one. The message will tell you the total number that you currently have.

Yes I have had some reports about the updates not occurring but am having a hard time finding out the cause as I cannot locally reproduce it and the logs do not indicate anything wrong.

That is some weird behaviour indeed. To me it looks like the arty wants to keep a moving target in the inner circle, which is it's minimum range.
