Мне не нравится ваш антивирус. Некоторые непопулярные антивирусы часто что-то блокирует, не дают открыть браузер. На время отключите его. Либо поменяйте ваш браузер по умолчанию.

Что за иконка авторизации? Может быть имеется ввиду кнопка? Интересно.
Тогда, удалите файл client.prefs по пути C:\Users{Ваше имя пользователя}\AppData\Roaming\Forged Alliance Forever
Это сбросит все настройки по умолчанию.
Если не сработает - скинь client.log файл (C:\Users{Ваше имя пользователя}\AppData\Roaming\Forged Alliance Forever\logs) и скриншот, где кнопка неактивна
