"Forged Alliance Forever" Is this name copyrighted? What about the FAF logo? I'm asking out of curiosity.

The FAF Logo is copyrighted by its creator (I actually don't know who).
Forged allianced forever itself is not copyrighted. It was always a legal entity carrying the name, as such there is not much to protect.
