                We don't give estimation dates on anything.

                  Please correct me if I am wrong @Brutus5000 but I'd say the only thing that would help would be find somebody that is pretty skilled and does it 🤔

                    We probably lack the right guy to do it. It would need somebody that is able to:

                    • Read into existing python Lobby Server code and Java ICE adapter code to potentially debug stuff
                    • Be able to set up a server and configure it
                    • Knows at least basics about networking and reads a little about ICE protocol
                    • Has a lot of patience in asking community members in how stuff works and in requesting setting changes on the main server

                        v1.2.0-RC3 adds a new ICE Adapter version, which connects to the closest TURN Server. Which means Australians get connected to an australian Server and most others stay on the German one. Please test:

                          This is great news. Looks like the times of AUS being cut off from the rest of the FAF community are coming to a close!

                          Edit: Is there a way we can get a setting to force what turn server we are using? I'm up in SK and would benefit greatly from using the AUS turn server instead of the german one.

                            No. The ice-adapter will automatically choose a server for you based on your latency.
