I rate the maps similar to javi, and for me this comes down to:

If I win navy on those S rated maps, I can destroy all/most enemy bases and win the game. This feels rewarding and I like it.

If I win navy on my half of setons, the game will often drag out for another 30+ min, and my team might lose anyway. It's a real struggle to close out a setons game. Now, some setons experts will probably immediately reply that I'm just bad at setons if I can't snowball a win on my lane into a quick and easy game win. But that doesn't change the fact that I don't like the map and would rather draw than play.

you can kill 2 player's bases by winning your navy, that's devastating enough. not to mention you'll get tens of thousands of mass to reclaim.
i don't think one player winning their navy should always translate to a win. this system is in effect with t3 air and it definitely has its issues

            frick snoops!

@waffelznoob I just feel like Im traumatized from playing with setoners, winning Navy and then getting bullied by enemy T3 air while my air is taking out snot out of their nose. It just doesn't feel rewarding to win navy in setons.

Other maps I rarely see a storm of T2 torps out of nowhere, it feels like both t3 air players are around the same timing/one doesn't have the ultra optimized BO that makes them have an insane lead

                    TMM Rating: 1317
                    Global Setons Rating: 1500

Note: There seems to be a noticeable uptick in instant ctrl k when a player doesn't like a map. Please grow up.

Canis is so low because it is so campy. I put the water maps higher because I like navy.

Please remove all naval maps from tmm gold and below. we all suck at them and 99% of the time when a naval map loads people leave or draw. Navy is an acquired taste and many people like me are happy to play this game being decent at air and land and have no desire as a casual to be a naval player.

Sadly I cannot disagree with Matches. Hearing negative feedback from a lot of lower ranked players whether it is bc someone else sucks or they have no idea what they're doing.
Since I dunno how many navy maps there are exactly.. Maybe keep the standard ones for now and see if the feedback gets better.

capella six have tons of unbuildable mexes and obnoxious amount of dense reclaim, hutts and sr islands have very awkward path finding that makes them unplayable, krakens nest have some terrain issues but dont remember where.

Would love to have a chance to fix the pathfinding issues if I am provided a bit more context to understand it.
