Ever since the latest 2022_4_1 client update I get stuck on the "connecting screen" in multiplayer games.

I download and run the faf_windows-x64_2022_4_1.exe, Log in with browser and click "Authorise" which tells me is successful.
Then it tells me in the client to locate Forged Alliance, which I assume is locating the Forged Alliance Steam file? Once the file is located, I try to join a multiplayer match and I simply get left on the "connecting" screen and cant enter the lobby. If I create my own game, no other players seem to be able to connect, but I can launch the game and play fine with AI, just unable to connect and play with real people.
I have reinstalled multiple times, updated my drivers, and tried running Forged Alliance in Steam. No luck... Pls help!
