Balance for 1vs1 Noob vs Pro

Hey guys!
I wanna play with a friend who is less skilled. In a 1vs1 it will be boring unless there is some kind of rebalance.
F.e. in C&C there was an option for every player in the game lobby, that you could use to make the units of that player weaker.
Or any mod that is player specific, like more income for that player etc.Is there an mod to do that or do you have another idea on how to play together?
