Player hacked the lobby

Hi,
today a player hacked the lobby. I was not allowed to kick him, I could not see the dorpdown menu to kick him. How to handle with this?

@melanol OK, next time i will make a Screenshot. The Name was "Paralon", if I remember correctly. Lvl 2000 with a "Pirate flag" as country flag.

Was he an observer? As I often have an issue where I cant kick observers. Most of the time, I can un-ready, go observe and kick him. Sometimes even that wont work; but that is a rarety .
Starting with observers for me also gives a likely chance for my game to crash.
