Comments and Reviews on Maps???

Why cant I leave comments or Reviews on Maps any more?

When I try to review a map or match nothing happens. I write some comment select how many stars and press "send review" but nothing happens and I can just press the button repeatedly without effect (yes with my own games)

Would need a client.log to diagnose

How come some MAPS show Stars on the front page and some only show when you click on the map?
Also I cant read people's comments on the map, it just shows their ratings.....they said they left comments
