Wrong faction assigned on Matchmaker matches

I have a problem where I select just UEF and Cybran on Matchmaking, but I might get assigned Aeon and Seraphim anyway. I don't play on FAF often, but I've noticed this happen during 3 out of 9 of my games, on May 2nd (4v4), May 8th (4v4) and May 16th (3v3). You can see from the below screenshot that I'm only selecting UEF and Cybran.
I've tried reinstalling FAF, but the same issue came up afterwards. Could anyone help me, please? Thanks.
