Every Time I Create Game I get this Error

every time i try to host a custom game i get this error message "could not load fxml view for theme/mod_manager.fxml" if i delete my gameprefs folder i can host one bu then after the game finishes i have to repeat the process, is it simply due to outdated mods or is it a known issue? Thanks in advance!
