Phantom X armies dont die when acu dies

In Phantom when the acu dies non of your units / building die with you, whats more the orders they had before you died still register and so you can have the absurd situation where a phantom kills an innocent and yet the same innocent kills the phantom a minute later and its making phantom unplayable.
When you put full share on it makes no difference and I'm wondering if the devs of faf / phantom are aware of this issue.
Hope whats causing the issue can be fixed quickly and easily as phantom is in my opinion the most popular and best official mod for faf.
