Cannon start the FAF Client

After starting the client I'm getting this error.

What have you tried so far to solve it?
I would make a blind guess that something is wrong with your Java installation.

@magge I've tried to reinstall the client, give the admin rights, turn off all of the antivirus services and still doesn't work.
Tried different internet connections, including VPN and different ISPs -
The system can't determine the path to your user directory, instead it just shows "??????".
You probably have unsupported characters in your windows username
