Can't set Rating Range when creating game.

Hello everyone!
When ever I creating game I can't set rating range. Desired rating is always 0 and max is always - 230. Any ideas how to fix that?

Yes the server did not support it till now. @Askaholic made changes tho that allow it so now somebody needs to make the client send it and read it.

Yea it still needs to be implemented in the client. Right now it just tries to guess based on the game title.
