Steamstats mod?

After I join a game I sometimes see people posting the combined team rating and combined games played of each team while we are balancing the teams. I have been told they are able to do that with a teamstats mod.
Does anyone know where I can find this mod?
It would make balancing teams much easier

You can also just take a look at the lobby in the client, it also tells you the rating of each team.
