Game doesnt progress

Hi everyone,
I have a simple problem - when I play offline (game started from ProgramData folder) , campaign doesn't progress. On Blackday, first campaign, I don't see any objectives, no banter from AI or anything else.
Performed fresh install of game and FAF client with same results. Only mod running is Nvidia Fix. Results are same even if I turn that one off.
Can someone please help me out with this issue.

You probably need to do an online play through with the FAF client first.

Did that as well. When I start campaign from FAF Client, it all checks out. Then I exit, try offline and run into this problem. No objectives, no game communication. I don't even get schematics for Percival Bot. I would play in FAF Client, but "no save feature" is severely limiting
