Проблемы запуска игры

В общем проблема такая... игра играла всё было хорошо, в один прекрасный момент запустил лаунчер мне предложила игра залогиниться (хотя стояла галочка запомнить меня) начал логиниться не получилось, удалил лаунчер, скачал по новой загрузочный фаил а он просто не запускается!!!!!! Вопрос.... А КАКОГО Х...!!!?? Подскажите что делать хоть кто нибудь
