Why is it that when playing with this mod, I get out of sync with the rest of the players? Only with this mod. How can i fix it? Can u help me please?

I guess Total Mayhem has an issue then. Not sure how well it is maintained
Get into mod development and write better code

Do you have the exact same version as the other people? It might also just be other mods that are incompatible with Total Mayhem.

Uveso has been updating TM for the last few years. He can not upload it to the Client because the File is too big and he gets an error

Please fix vault so uveso can upload this. It has a shit load of fixes and etc in Total Mayhem, basically new experience.
