Не могу зайти в клиент

Сначала у моего друга возникла проблема со входом в клиент - кнопка авторизоваться у него просто не работает. Теперь проблема появилась и у меня: клиент завис, я его перезапустил, итог - вечная авторизация. Есть какое универсальное решение для этих проблем? Потому что варианты с браузером, антивирусом и удалением файла с настройками результата не принесли
