Unable to sync Steam and FAF

Hi my name is graham and i am a fan of faf and have used it extensively in the past but at the moment i am not able to sync my steam to faf to prove iv bought the game because i lost the phone i had the authenticator on and not able to login to the steam website but i can login to the steam app for some reason without needing the authenticator, can an admin look at this and maybe bypass me thru this because steam wont get back to me about removing my authenticator and i have my purchase history from 2015 from when i bought the game.
