I would like to report a bug that some UEF drones cannot be killed and therefor can go around reclaiming ur base and theres nothing you can do about it.

you can see in the image that asf fly straight pass and cannot kill them.

asf can't shoot drones
this was introduced many years ago so that you can't suicide a bunch of asf on drone assisted shields and instantly down them, and win an arty war for example
use regular aa/maa/inties

you need ground-based AA (T1, T2, T3) or ground AA units.
