I saw a YouTube video demonstrating this new feature, so I tried it out.

It works for T2 artillery but nothing else. I wonder if I have a corrupt game or something. Is there a way to restore my entire FAF installation to defaults? Or is this feature a big buggy?

You need to enable it in the game options:
A work of art is never finished, merely abandoned
