Error on startup

Hey i installed Windows 10 pro today, and after all configuration. I try to play FAF with my friend again. I installed SupCom FA via Steam and FaF in the newest Version from Github. And getting this error, while start. (see in Log). Can someone help me? error.log

Try to make new windows username without any special character, install FAF again with that new username and it should work.
