When someone admits in pm to throwing a match for rating loss, is there a faster report besides ingame?

Per title, when the individual in question outright admits he was trying to lose, is there any option besides waiting 3 months on the ingame reporter?

@lord_asmodeus Negative. I was kicked back with 'use the ingame reporter'. Hopefully that match will be unrated in the next 3 months, lol.
