Не запускает в пользовательский матч

При входе в пользовательский матч пишет "соединение" и ничего больше не происходит
VPN пробовал, не помогает.
Брандмауэр отключал, такая же история
Прошу помочь с этой проблемой и как можно скорее решить ее.
