Can I bind a key to switch through the bottom panels?

By bottom panel I means I mean the one with tabs for Construction, Selection and Storage, and ACU upgrades. I would like to bind a key to switch between these tabs. I see no way to do this without using the mouse. Am I missing something or is there just no option for it?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
