Starting from the lobby, the game seems to slow down. The mouse moves in jerks, the game is the same.
Intel Core i7 - CPU 104.
RAM - 16Gb
Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060

Trying to install Nvidia fix mode - didn't help -
Found the problem and its solution, but it works only in original Steam game - you should open the console and paste this: d3d_windowscursor
But in FAF console didn't work

That command does work in the FAF console, usually opened with the ` key. You can also use the nvidia fix mod

Yes - make sure it is enabled (!), installing on its own is not sufficient.

Nvidia fix mod doesn't work, but command in the game works. Have only problems in the lobby - the key ` don't open the console. I think problem solved, ty

The mod does the same thing as the command in game—as Jip mentioned, you need to enable it.
