@sheikah thank you so much i feel so stupid i have been at this for days

So this is getting rather frustrating i go to sign in that works perfectly fine but when i go to link my acount with steam it says its already been linked, i got a new pc and think that might be it so resyced my acount it didn't do anything help please??!
