Confirming recall bug is still present - all votes show green and nothing happens

It's an interesting tactic that I might try someday - a tac missile costs about the same mass as a T2 tank, but if you fire them into a resting formation of t2 you can take ~4 T2 out per hit, and vs T3 in staging area might be decisively positive trade. Fairly flexible asset too.
