I’ve been playing single player since release, literally. But have never played multiplayer.
Tonight, two buddies are coming over with their laptops (they’ve never played at all) and the 3 of us are going to install FAF and try playing co-op. I hope we can get everything installed and working easily.
First we’ll have a tutorial game, where I’ll teach them the basics, then I envision us playing 3 matches (I like making a story out of it, lol):
First: we gotta defend Earth.
Second: we start pushing the aliens back.
Third: we attack their home world to achieve total victory!
(for each match the map gets bigger, and the difficulty is higher)
If we loose a match, we have to replay it.
