Mode to disable your units leading targets

Don't know if there is already a way to do this, but would really like there to be a way to make your units fire where targets are now instead of where they will be. Kinda like what mml's do? This is primarily what I want to use for arty in t1 and t3.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
