Building suggestion

I just got back from 8 weeks away for work and notice that there are some changes. When I go to build a mex or hydro it used to suggest that structure when the mouse hovered over the build space but now it doesnt. Is there a setting to turn this back on?

It's an UI-mod now.
Another change was a performance one with the "assist t2 mex to automatically build storages", for that option you have to turn it off and on again.
