Error You linked this account already to user with name?

So this is getting rather frustrating i go to sign in that works perfectly fine but when i go to link my acount with steam it says its already been linked, i got a new pc and think that might be it so resyced my acount it didn't do anything help please??!

The account you are logged into now is Pingo2404 the account that is linked is Pingu2404 so you are logging into the wrong account as the steam is already linked to a different account.
