Mod helping manage mexes

Hi, it's been years I haven't played.
Some years ago, there was a mod helping managing mexes:On the side of window you could see all your mexes ordered by technology level, does anyone know what's the name of this mod? Does it still exist?

Eco mandger but mod to mandge eco is bad what u need is bind one key to build power, one to upgrade mexes and one to select idle mexes
