Use a software like gimp and make a 40x20 pixel picture that doesn’t look terrible, then it needs to be uploaded for use by somebody with avatar access on the mod client.

I heavily recommend asking people organizing upcoming tournaments if they need one or just the FAF leadership. A lot of old avatars could use a re-design
