Is there a mod to display names in the hotbar without mouse-over?

I have setup my hotkeys in a way that is mostly satisfactory, but I'm still struggling to recognize the icons quickly enough. I'm using the Advanced Icons mod, which helps at the strategic level, but when I need to quickly tap out a build order, I find myself using the mouse to make sure I'm choosing the right units.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
