Just random guesses, but could be related to the server itself (but then a lot more people would have problems), or something is interfering with your connection, or your internet provider has some issues going on.

Try to disable/uninstall any software that could probably cause issues with your connection, or/and try a VPN from a different country to pinpoint the troublemaker even more.

I solve this to reinstall FAF 3 times.
