Sound Modding

Hello everyone,
I'm new to the game, playing for few months, but i wanted to try changing some of the sounds of the game, like for example "strategic launch detected" to something else. I've tried several methods, unpacking the wav files in the soundbank file, but reassembling it is a mess. I tried installing XACT, the version the game was maybe developed with, but I cannot find the soundbank i was searching for. My main problem is reassembling the Sounbank and make it usable.
