Cannot uninstall Direct Strike

I tried to start a direct strike game, but the options menu soft locked and I had to force quit. When I tried to uninstall the map to reinstall it, i was given this error:

welcome to FAForever.

Maps are normaly stored in the folder:
C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\My Games\Gas Powered Games\Supreme Commander Forged Alliance\Maps

Move to this folder, sort it by date and the last installed map should be your direct strike map.
Delete it.
