UI mod for scouting

Hi there, would be possible allowed to make this new UI mod?
A mod that colour the zones you haven't scouted let's say for 5 min (but can be another period of time) in a particular way so you will know where to scout and where the stuff are no more troustable.
Well, I have no idea how to make something like this, if you do please show up !
