mod to have the ability to reorder unit construction

hello,
I installed previously (before FAF) a mod to have this ability.
but on my new computer I installed directly faf and I thought this mod was installed automatically and it is not the case.
what is the name of this mod ? isn't it already included in FAF ?

It is included, you need to enable it ingame though.
Menu -> Options -> Interface -> Draggable Build Queue -
