Any highlight UI mod just doesnt work

Eternalstrategicicons/acu highlight just doest work for me. The fun thing is that my ui modlist is the same as my friend's, but 2/2 of my PCs just cant make it work. Idle engineers working well btw, so im really cant understand whats wrong, there is no crashes/reports about it. Hope that someone can help me. And i would like to tell that i even synchronized my game settings to my friend's settings, that doent help
