cant scroll down the page when trying acces Downlord's FAF client acess client page

Error! Your Account is already linked to Steam. Just login with our client and start playing. but when i login the website its okay but when i try to open the game with browser cant scroll down the page to enter or start or get into to game as if i was in with my account but not totally
i use google crhome as browser -
