Assist to upgrade ringed T2 mex to T3

Hi all - as the title says. This used to work using one of the common mods (forgot which one). Currently the settings have an option for doing this to T1 mexes - could it be added for T2 mexes too?

I believe EM does it based on the current mass produced by the mex, so if t2 mex is putting out 9 mass it is fully capped and upgrades.

4z0t's ECO UI Tools also has that ability via the "Auto T2 capped mex upgrade" setting.
